In Alzheimer's type blockages of small blood capillaries in the brain by gummy gases like nicotine or oily smog gases, the gas will harden or plug the small capillaries and begin to cause cancer from the nicotine or gas related residue. Then cause brain cancer, neuro cancer, and Alzheimer's disease. It works like some skin cancers, or cancer causing plaques from fungus or other infections. It's been kept quiet by corrupt forces, medical professionals, the tobacco-oil industries, and others like chemical corporations (Monsanto), crop spraying, the spray painting industry, coal residue and gases in your blood stream and brain, the gasoline transport industry and many other injurious aspects of industry in the world today. Hillary Clinton wants to now give billions of dollars a year, to continue to cover up these crimes and protect those very damaging industries that cause cancer in man kind and the earth. When these industries need to re figure their cancer causing approaches. She will be doing the same thing with the nuclear industry, another powerful cancer causing group. Hillary is lying to the voters in this country about one of the most important aspects of their lives, their health and their safety! And about how she is protecting her large donors and letting them cheat and harm the poor and the middle class, or most of America, by continuing to spread these kinds of cancer. Our government should be taxing and or suing these cancer causing corporations, not wasting billions every year for a naw Clinton cover up for them. I wonder who is designing these types of fraud to deceive the American voters for her.

The Death of A Policeman continued

This article is another in the series The Death of A Policeman. It will not be to long,  The "Death Force" That kills police officers is also trying harder than usual to kill me and my family. I believe it has to do with the election, some presidents and candidates work closely with the force that kills police officers, they seem to be much more active now during this time of that cycle.  

The subject though I want to talk about is bringing our police deaths down below 100 each year. To accomplish that is an attainable goal. I have been writing about a speed limit for all Criminal Justice people, something that the State Troopers or Highway patrol work with the law officers of their states to determine. A speed limit that the officer would not exceed, and it would have to, of course, be relative to the road conditions. Each law officer has a different ability to speed. Some are close to race car driver caliber, some are over weight or have bad hearts. This week in Southern California I was talking to a sheriffs officer about this in Norco and he remarked, that speed limit should not have to be established by another department, it is something every officer should make a priority for themselves and set their own high speed limit.

Our police system does not want any law officer to die in high speed activity. It is just something that our law and order groups need to do if we are going to lower our accident rate significantly to put into their minds that they are not going to die in a vehicle crash because they were going faster than they were safely able to. When every shift goes out, that point should be made and re made until it becomes second nature. When an officer gets in or on their vehicle they should make a determination about their abilities and how they feel for that day or night and set that speed limit then. It would be more practical than doing it during a high speed involvement. They should not deviate from that safe speed for them for high speed that shift. 
Each department may want to up grade their patrol vehicle forward camera abilities with zoom qualities and when possible the automatic ability to attach to the vehicle being pursued, and the abilities to transfer images to all other involved police vehicles in the areas related to the pursuit.

We have lost 46 officers to vehicle related deaths, 27 to auto accidents that many officers may have been able to avoid if they would have put that idea into their mind that they were not going to loose their life, or perhaps cost another person their life because they went over that speed limit they had established as reasonable according to their abilities and health, in the given situation. Saving lives is one of the top priorities of good police work and officer lives are included.

 The White House worked the execution bombing of Jihadi John of ISIS with just enough time for a retaliation from ISIS before the 2015 G20 Summit in Turkey, to spark another world crisis like Arab Spring, and attempt to encourage a series of demonstrations and riots in the US to quell resistance there and build a new international terrorist conflict in the world

We are going to see to many My Lai Massacres and dead Doctors Without Borders, innocent children and men and women brutally killed to continue in an ISIS - G20 conflict of this kind. It is more like another Arab Spring, or a similar time in the US when an evil force was using people like Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown in a way that got them killed. Trayvon Martin was killed while beating up the neighbor hood watch captain, and Michael Brown was killed during a police stop after robbing a store in Ferguson, Missouri. The police and neighbor hood watch home security group had legal jurisdiction in cases of this nature, except in the minds of those people under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or possessed by an evil spirit or witch, or those considering as acceptable a revolutionary position that would attempt to rationalize sedition, revolution or treason in America, or those attempting to create an election fraud. 

Comcast and the White House manipulated both incidents into an act that killed many police officers and people, and caused the First Amendment to be ignored by the violence and riots that racked the world from Arab Spring to the US elections.

As it stands the ISIS - G20 conflict looks like another terrifying crime by both sides, and the needless destruction of many innocent people and priceless old landmarks, It needs to be stopped right now, and a legal, 21st Century arbitration began before we end up in another war like French Vietnam that accompanied the ravaging of China, by the Socialists of The New World Order, and others like Monsanto using brutal chemical poison, and the use of an unsuspecting world to destroy that old civilization. This same effect is being initiated and taking off in the Middle East and Africa by ISIS and the G20 again. As well, perhaps a precursor to a nuclear war. Similar to the small wars and incidents that took place in the 1920s and 1930s that lead up to the destruction of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Our war policy is actually last century, nearly pre nuclear and should be considered more sensibly by the US, and mankind. 

The earth's war policy is pure corruption and one of the most terrible threats the earth and it's life factor face, with the powerful weapons proliferating the world today. It shows a criminal form of insanity by the G20 to go along with this type of Social indiscretion that is more terrifying than many, many other forms of terrorist activity, when the worlds most powerful countries on the planet The G20, show no more responsibility for the possible destruction the world faces today. It is not practical. It is not something the world would place their trust in, the G20.

Reducing The Danger Of Our Power Plants

We are working to take the danger out of the infamous nuclear power plant. The plant it's self has many sound features. The danger is in the nuclear core or the heavily polluting coal fueled furnaces, and the extravagant, polluting waste that accompanies these plants today. 

We need funding to move forward here. Crowd funding is the stage we are at now. This stage is essential to the success of this project. 

We are working to create a coordinated effort to bring biogas produced from sewage into the fuel process. Biogas is, when utilized with oxygen, one of the hottest fuels available. In the cutting torch the fuel acetylene when mixed with the right amount of oxygen can cut thick steel. The burners' in the nuclear and coal fueled power plants do not need anything that hot. The burners using biogas will have no problem in a well built heating core, heating water to the temperatures needed to run the same large turbines GE and other power plant companies build for nuclear power. The difference is there is no nuclear contamination of the power plant or the water or steam escaping the power plant involved in the biogas plants. There are more advantages as well, as if these weren't enough. The steam produced in the biogas plant can be used to produced distilled water. If it is a coastal power plant salt water can be used and salt becomes a by product as well as distilled water which can be added to the cities water supply to reduce the water shortage of the large coastal cities during these drought years that could last into the thirties, as it did in the  early part of the last century. Another feature is tsunami's, earthquake, and war problems do not have the same deadly nuclear complications if the nuclear plant should become threatened it can be shut down almost instantly. Cost is another serious advantage over Biogas over nuclear.

Yesterday I went to a hospital down towards the San Onofre nuclear power plant at San Clemente where I was doing some PR work regarding the eventual removal of the nuclear core from US power plants and facilitating the replacement of the core with a biogas steam producing, natural gas furnace, and structure. We will eventually see this happen with most nuclear and coal fueled plants in the world. The Standard oil, GE group want control of the World Sewage structure before they tip their hand on the true value of biogas, a renewable energy source from sewage, for replacing and fueling the heating cores in the existing nuclear power plants with Biogas, or Liquefied Methane Gas or LNG. This type of fuel will remove from our planet, sewage as a pollutant as well as nuclear waste and nuclear cooling water as pollutant's. Probably the most important reason to convert the world sewage to clean natural gas for most if not all of the  power plants in America. As well as the production of billions of gallons of LNG for fuel.

Another powerful reason for converting sewage to LNG is because in the drilling for natural gas, Fracking while drilling for LNG has become so problematic and destructive in the world. Another very serious problem in drilling and Fracking for LNG is the amount of helium and deposits of highly radioactive gas, like Radon gas that is being found in that gas. Helium is a product of the natural uranium half life and decay, helium and Radon gas is found in a great deal of the LNG from inside the earth. This is in fact not the case with Liquified Natural Gas produced and refined from sewage. You do not find  helium or uranium byproduct in this gas, it will warrant the new effort and great rewards from powering our new electric power plants on LNG from sewage. A safe renewable energy source. Not LNG from under ground Fracking. I believe it will also have a very positive effective on global warming as well.

The Biogas Plant just makes good sense. It rids the World of most sewage and a great deal of nuclear waste. It's a renewable energy source and is one of the most important things we can do for the Earth right now. "Abraham Lincoln: Foreign Affairs

A key part of Abraham Lincoln's military strategy rested upon an effective blockade of the South's 3,500 miles of shoreline, including a dozen major ports and nearly two hundred inlets, bays, and navigable rivers. This was an almost impossible task for a nation with only a handful of naval ships. By the war's end, however, Lincoln had commissioned about five hundred ships, with an average of 150 on patrol at any one time. These ships captured or destroyed approximately fifteen hundred blockade runners. On the other hand, five out of six blockade runners evaded capture, enough to allow Britain to argue that it was a "paper blockade" not recognizable by international law. Most of this cargo, however, was lightweight luxury items, small munitions, and medicines. On the export side, the Confederacy shipped but a small percentage of its cash-earning cotton crop abroad during the war, five hundred thousand bales compared to 10 million bales for the three years prior to the start of the Civil War.

Foreign Recognition and Intervention in the War

The issue of the blockade's effectiveness became the major foreign policy question in the first few years of the war. The Confederacy confidently expected England to escort Confederate cotton vessels or to send British merchant and war ships to southern ports to pick up vitally needed cotton. To hasten this active intervention, the Confederacy informally cut off most cotton exports in 1861. Surprisingly, England took no official action to break the blockade and even tolerated the seizure by the Union of British ships trading with the Confederacy. Nor did England ever officially extend diplomatic recognition to the Confederacy.

This is not to say that the failure of England and other European countries officially to support the Confederacy was a foregone conclusion. Nor is it to say that no aid was extended from England to the Confederate war effort. Far from it. At several times during the war, both England and France came close to recognition and to intervention. It took all the skill of America's minister to England, Charles Francis Adams, the grandson of President John Adams and the son of President John Quincy Adams, to keep England out of the war.

Southern Belligerency Status

The first crisis occurred when England issued a proclamation of neutrality, which rested upon the logic of the Union's declared blockade. According to English reasoning, although Lincoln proclaimed the rebels to be insurrectionists and thus not recognizable under international law as a belligerent power engaged in war, his declared blockade was an act of war, which would have to be conducted against a sovereign state. Thus Lincoln had actually granted belligerency status to the Confederacy and thereby forced foreign powers to do the same. By proclaiming neutrality, England afforded the Confederacy the status of a belligerent power. Other European nations followed England's lead. Belligerency status gave the Confederacy the right, according to international law (signed by European nations after the Crimean War in 1856), to contract loans and to purchase arms from neutral nations. It also allowed England to provide safe harbors for both Union and Confederate warships and merchant vessels, to build blockade runners and warships for the Confederacy, and to formally debate in Parliament the merits of active intervention.

The delicacy of the situation exploded into near battle when two Confederate diplomats, James Mason and John Slidell, were seized by the U.S. Navy from a British ship, the Trent, en route to England. England's Prime Minister, Lord Palmerston, sent Lincoln an ultimatum demanding an apology and the release of Mason and Slidell, and ordered troops to Canada in preparation for war. He also seized all English shipments to the U.S., including a vital supply of saltpeter, the principal ingredient of gunpowder, of which the Union was in desperately low supply. Lincoln had little choice but to release Mason and Slidell, although he avoided a public apology. England, greatly relieved, refused to press the issue.

For the remainder of the war, English shipbuilders constructed dozens of lightweight blockade runners for the Confederacy as well as several warships. The C.S.S. Alabama and Florida sunk sixty-four American merchant ships in the course of the war. In France, Louis Napoleon sent thousands of French soldiers into Mexico to overthrow the regime of Benito Juérez in hopes of making the nation a French colony. He unofficially supported the Confederacy but stopped short of formal recognition. In the summer of 1862, a coalition of European nations—Britain, France, Russia, Austria, and Prussia—came close to offering to mediate the war, which would have been tantamount to recognizing Confederate independence.

In the end, however, no European nation offered mediation nor extended recognition of the Confederacy. Among the reasons undermining active European intervention were several principal considerations. Economically, there were developments that shifted trade relations to emphasize the North's economic ties with Europe. To begin with, huge cotton exports in 1857-1860 had enabled English manufactures to stockpile inventories that carried them through much of the war. Additionally, new sources of cotton in Egypt and India replaced the southern supply after 1862. Furthermore, the Union became a major consumer of British iron, ships, armaments, and woolen uniforms and blankets, which absorbed the decline in the U.S. market for English cotton textiles. At the same time, crop failures in western Europe in 1861 and 1862 increased European dependence on American grain and flour, making King Corn as powerful as King Cotton.

Socially, the open hostility of England's working class to the Confederacy as a nation of aristocrats and slavemasters countered the support for the Confederacy by English members of the upper class. Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation served to transform British antislavery sentiment into strong political opposition to the Confederacy. On the diplomatic front, there was a delicate balancing act between France and England, as neither side wanted to be the first to recognize Confederate independence lest the other use it to foment a new alliance with the Union.

All of these factors came to play in a series of diplomatic flourishes and sentiment shifts that reflected the battlefield fortunes of Union armies. But nothing was perhaps more consequential than the effect of the Emancipation Proclamation when combined with Lincoln's iron determination to win the war. Once the war became a crusade to destroy slavery, and once the Union Army presented itself as an army of liberation, rather than just an army of national self-preservation, it was almost impossible for England to intervene on the side of the Confederacy. British public opinion had become strongly abolitionist, and no government could have taken the other side."

"The Alabama claims were a diplomatic dispute between the United States and Great Britain that arose out of the U.S. Civil War. The peaceful resolution of these claims 7 years after the war ended set an important precedent for solving serious international disputes through arbitration, and laid the foundation for greatly improved relations between Britain and the United States.
The controversy began when Confederate agents contracted for warships from British boatyards. Disguised as merchant vessels during their construction in order to circumvent British neutrality laws, the craft were actually intended as commerce raiders. The most successful of these cruisers was the Alabama, which was launched on July 29, 1862. It captured 58 Northern merchant ships before it was sunk in June 1864 by a U.S. warship off the coast of France. In addition to the Alabama, other British-built ships in the Confederacy Navy included the Florida, Georgia, Rappahannock, and Shenandoah. Together, they sank more than 150 Northern ships and impelled much of the U.S. Merchant Marine to adopt foreign registry. The damage to Northern shipping would have been even worse had not fervent protests from the U.S. Government persuaded British and French officials to seize additional ships intended for the Confederacy. Most famously, on September 3, 1863, the British Government impounded two ironclad, steam-driven "Laird rams" that Confederate agent James D. Bulloch had surreptitiously arranged to be built at a shipyard in Liverpool.
The United States demanded compensation from Britain for the damage wrought by the British-built, Southern-operated commerce raiders, based upon the argument that the British Government, by aiding the creation of a Confederate Navy, had inadequately followed its neutrality laws. The damages discussed were enormous. Charles Sumner, Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, argued that British aid to the Confederacy had prolonged the Civil War by 2 years, and indirectly cost the United States hundreds of millions, or even billions of dollars (the figure Sumner suggested was $2.125 billion). Some Americans adopted this argument and suggested that Britain should offer Canada to the United States in compensation. Such proposals were not taken seriously by British statesmen, but they convey the passion with which some Americans viewed the issue.
After years of unsuccessful U.S. diplomatic initiatives, a Joint High Commission meeting in Washington, DC, during the early part of 1871 arrived at the basis for a settlement. The British Government expressed regret for its contribution to the success of Confederate commerce raiders. This agreement, dated May 8, 1871, and known as the Treaty of Washington, also established an arbitration commission to evaluate the merit of U.S. financial claims on Britain. In addition, the treaty addressed Anglo-American disputes over boundaries and fishing rights. The arbitration commission, which issued its decision in September 1872, rejected American claims for indirect damages but did order Britain to pay the United States $15.5 million as compensation for the Alabama claims."

ONE OF THE MAJOR REASONS FOR PRESIDENT LINCOLN'S DEATH

The following is a quote from an excerpt from an article about the Civil War and some of the related causes of the assassination of President Abraham Lincoln.

"During the American Civil War, British shipbuilders were commissioned to build warships for the Confederacy. One of these ships—the CSS Alabama—was used to capture almost 60 Northern merchant vessels, and in total, the British-built Confederate ships sank around 150 Union ships. Outraged, the United States convinced Britain to confiscate any other ships intended for the South.

After the war was over, the United States argued that because Britain violated its declaration of neutrality by building the ships, the country should pay them reparations for the damage done by the Alabama and other British-built ships. The initial sum the United States suggested was 2 billion dollars—but they were willing to accept Canada as payment instead.

Not surprisingly, Britain didn’t agree to the United States’ demands, and years of diplomatic squabbling ensued. Finally, in 1871, as part of the Treaty of Washington, Britain apologized for their contribution to the damages done by the Confederate ships and set up an international commission to determine the validity of the United States’ monetary claims.

Rules of neutral obligation influenced by the Alabama Claims, the Atlanta Constitution, 12 May 1871

Over a year later, the commission decided that Britain was to pay 15.5 million dollars in damages. This outcome, as well as the other components of the Treaty of Washington, was notable for establishing a precedent of solving problems peacefully through international arbitration and for building an amicable relationship between Great Britain and the United States.

   THE DEATH OF A POLICEMAN

      It is a matter that is of important concern, the death of a
policeman in the US not just 200 years ago or today or tomorrow but
always, the police officers that have died for our country have died
protecting our countries rules of order. We are a great country today
because of that service, and in no small part because the rules from
the very beginning of our country were for the well being and the
logical development of man kind, Our founding fathers were not a group
that were writing law for the privileged alone in the country, nor for
the workers alone, nor for any isolated group. They were forming a
Constitution for a country that was, and is still made up of a huge
variable. There are people in America that are very creative as well
as people that are so poor and with out education or logic or ability
to be more than beggars, or common criminals. The system of justice in
America is coming to a point where it will be required to not only
protect the country from the criminal law breaker but to begin to
teach those law breakers in the jails and prisons how to function
within a society that is rapidly growing into an interesting
perceptive assembly. One of the most important arguments in favor of
such a task is the notion that human conscience is the nature of our
country and our planet that will make it into a group that will be
determining factors in our future and our existence as well as how
long our existence will be. If we take a convict or a poor
unimaginative individual, and punish them they are very likely when
they get out of jail, or prison if they run into their old friends or
pal to begin doing the same things they were in trouble for. If though
the prison and jail system teach these people that would be eligible
and willing to pay their way through prison or jail by working in the
prison or jail system and learning how to function in a society with
in our prisons or jails that is similar to our free society, out side
our prisons or jails,  how to have a checking account in prison or
jail, with money they earned at work in the system, how to see a
doctor and have insurance that they pay for and how to use a pharmacy;
not rob the pharmacy, or  use the local drug connection, how to pay
for their room or rooms and to learn how to relate with other people
in ways more like logical people, How to handle stress similar to the
stress they will encounter in a free society with out using violence,
This type of prison jail relationship will produce many people freed
from the prison system that would not kill a police officer or want to
use a fire arm to commit a lawless act. If the system records properly
and places within the record or a police profile of an individual that
is violent or capable of violent dangerous behavior if released from
jail or prison, it will further enhance the ability to create a safer
situation in relation to the prisons records and police knowledge in
the community. The system should make a “Possible Violent, EMERGENCY”
placement in that individuals record, his or her auto registration,
drivers license, rap sheet, and any where else that it may be of use
to help the police officers that may come in contact with that
individual when stress could cause danger or death to the officer or
others when confronted on the streets or in the prisons. If the system
is sensible about these people’s strengths and limitations in a great
many cases you get more than a person paying for their crimes (in cash
as well), you get people that will find it easer to stay out of jail
and away from the old problems, people that will be paying taxes and
becoming more like the portion of  mankind that will become a part of
our better side, not every individual that goes through the prison or
jail system will at first be involved in these kinds of programs but
the more of the criminal problems that resolve themselves legally and
correctly the more likely the American system is to have fewer police
deaths and problems. The world is just better off when man becomes
inclined to turn from punishment as a over used standard to a group
that are intent on becoming more correct. The idea that life is better
if we are able to encourage its mellifluous function is often true.
Punishment on the other hand does have a place in Corrections. For
example most of the life process has a distinct disadvantage if you
make mistakes in that life process. If it is a big or small mistake it
usually has an adverse effect and requires correcting or an
accumulative negative process begins. Many people do not correct these
mistakes in their life and way to often the accumulated stress leads
to the death of a policeman.
        It should also be considered that the people who have in the past and
yet do comprise our system of officers of the law since the formation
of the 13 colonies in America have because our rules were basically
good for mankind also been the type of people that were and are mostly
also good for mankind. That is not to say it is easy to suffer through
a life of confronting criminal behavior in others and not see it show
over time developing some side effects. It does and these things are
an important issue that we will be considering as a part of the death
of a police man. The stress of crime fighting is a component of the
criminal “Force” that is becoming much more professionally acute as a
danger to the police community. So the ability to for see danger and
create a better use of your mind in these situations is very
important. What I mean is when a policeman enters into his or her mind
a necessary command to act with complete control and legal
responsibility no matter how vicious, dangerous, exhausting, painful
or frightening an encounter with that criminal force becomes, that
police officer, if he or she has sensibly conditioned their mind to
function responsibly despite all other feelings, impulses, urges or
wishes involved, has a lot better chance of doing the right thing and
living through that type of danger. In many violent encounters there
are strong feelings demonstrated and you do not want to make the wrong
move or let those telepathic indications, feelings or mental

suggestions from a metaphysical force around you or the physical
person or group of individuals involved  at a crime sceen that may
also be showing some degree of stress that can leave you thinking
impractically get you angry or get you to  do the wrong  thing. That
kind of schizophrenia can be confusing and has killed a lot of good
policeman, and others. There will be many articles on the subject of

I would like to consider a matter that is of great importance to the
the law officers on duty in America today. It has to do with the
police death ratio in the US since POLICE SOFTWARE by David
first began.

Early in 2012 POLICE SOFTWARE by David became a publication.
The three years before that Police Software was a public forum and the
number of national deaths were below the three years previous.

During the first three years of the publication, 2014 to 2012, the
national death rate for on duty officers was reduced by about
110 deaths compared to the three years prior to 2012, the years
2011 to 2009. The years POLICE SOFTWARE had been working as
a public forum and public discussion.

In the three years before 2009 POLICE SOFTWARE had not been formed
and was not involved in an effort to substantially lower police deaths. The
number of deaths for the period from 2014 to 2012 in comparison to 2008
to 2006 was about 139 fewer officers killed in those three years. That is a
very positive rate of decline in the numbers for this kind of on duty
fatalities for law officers in the US. These numbers vary according to the
source, we used ODMP.

I have noticed the comparison in my work with the Washington DC
Corruption Investigations we are doing now. The crime groups and many
of the DC corruption element and activists that align them selves with the
killing of law officers in the US, as well as riots, mass shootings and officer
related shootings, school shootings, and other terrorist type shootings and
killings, become a component of that "Death Force" that is metaphysical or
voodoo related at work in these matters and they correlate or network in an
often unspoken alliance with the political killings for purposes of election
fraud or Anarchy or threat of world war. This powerful DC corruption also
connects with many other levels of Iinternational crime structures and their
activity around the world. A healthy law community is an important part of a
healthy planet and human group. I have worked with Justice for 6 years and
Nuclear Intelligence for 36 years, your health and safety is relative
to our health
and safety.

Police deaths are on the rise. They should not be, although because of the
urgency of the nuclear threat POLICE SOFTWARE's presence is not as loud
in Justice as it previously has been, it takes a full time evaluation to keep the
numbers down or we will continue to lose people in Justice at an unrealistic
rate. For example we have lost 12 officers this month, one third to heart attacks.
This can be stopped by the police community. Heart attackers are the highest
single killer of this year at 9 deaths, perhaps 10. Stopping them needs to be a
nation wide effort with doctor involvement and testing. Often these
older officers expertise is irreplaceable and moving them around in the department 

to a less stressful position can be wise. For their grand Children as well as
the department. This message should be sent to every department in the Justice Community, it will save lives now.

I am saying this publication has been doing a lot of good and saving a lot
of lives. We are not on the streets for the accidents or gun fights
but we are there with the chiefs and sheriffs and as many of you as we
are able to be, with safety, logic, good sense, and intelligence.
It has been a publication that is making a huge difference. And we can all
do better. We are all becoming more aware and perceptive. Most of the
Police Departments, Sheriffs Offices and other people we work with
have had very few on duty deaths in their groups, the record shows
well.

Last fall I had a significant amount of work to do with the election
and the consideration of the Armed Revolution in America. To stay that
revolution took a lot of time. If I would have had better funding I could
have spent more time with both Police Software and convincing the
Democratic Party voters to help reconsider that violent revolution.  As it
was I had to do the revolution. We were able to bring in a strong
Republican majority to congress though and the revolution, after the
election, began to take a back seat in America. Ferguson was a violent
stand to re establish that revolutionary posture and an attempt to call the
revolution, the White House stand for Civil Rights and not revolution at all.
An attempt to cover up a terrible level of crime and corruption.

We lost about fifty law officers during that last four months of 2014
because we were not able to publish what we would have had to through
Police Software to bring the matter into perspective and work
constantly at keeping that "Death Rage" under scrutiny. That takes
more money and more people, we need to do both.

I am going to say again after proving this publication is what I
knew it would be, I have to make some decisions. I have to up grade
this system and expand it. I also will have a lot of work for the next
two years to keep the Republican Party honest while the corruption
investigations work. Since we went to bat for Congress, like we did.

This year we will be dealing with the threat of nuclear war that looms now
larger than the revolution, since Russia, the sanctions, Ukraine and
corruption became a serious question. This is very crucial. You might like

This planet has a problem with White House extended vacations and it is not just the extravagant price tag and lost time when many terrible crimes seem to conveniently unfold. It is the violence and murder that rip through America like depraved Witchcraft or social insanity as Barack Obama, resembling a component of a bipolar, drug addicted energized DEATH FORCE moving at high speed to compel his new will upon an unwilling planet where European Socialism and The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation seem to encourage money laundering, hostile takeovers and espionage, where the ends should justify the means as the White House helps create a new election fraud, complete with dead journalists, conveniently killed by a person charging racial comments at the station, dead women and any other staged incidents necessary for the next election, and the New World Order's vision of the perfect mafia or gangster world. I want to say I have been very busy, just staying alive lately has been a task, so I  want to go back to a point in Police Software that is of great importance. I will re publish a previous, updated alert, and begin from there later this month with an extensive series of articles about police deaths and death rages in America geared toward children, Criminal Justice personal and others.

  We have lost too many officers of the law to an effort by a force of evil at work in America that has been active for about 130 years. In the year 1884 in England The Fabian Society was formed. They became the Chief Operating Officers of the Communist International. A group that was bent on stopping the ruthless abuse of power that they believed was the root of all Evil, Capitalism and the aristocratic classes of the world. The Fabian Society had emerged about one hundred years after the formation of the United States Government, and was not the first group to predicate its rules or structure upon the notion that the violent over throw of capitalism, or the aristocracy was necessary to raise the workers of the world to an equitable position. The French Revolution of 1789 to 1799 was also such an effort, it turned into one of the most blood thirsty hate crimes in the history of the world. Out of that death rage and the ensuing Napoleonic War, 1803 to 1815, a great war waged by the East India Company and the Kings of Europe against the new French Republic, a surprising victor emerged. A new class of Jewish Merchant Bankers and war time black marketers, war services groups that profited largely from supplying both sides of the conflict.
            These Powerful world bankers, after financing a number of wars between 1815 and 1884, including the American Civil War, merged with the new revolutionary group the Fabian Society and began building the communist notion. The Bankers backing occurred not because they liked poor people or the workers of the world, mostly they did not, the people they liked were Standard Oil and Ford Motor Co. owners and types. War and revolution had become very profitable, and a banker that controlled the purse strings in a revolution or war controlled the actual out come of the conflict. The new Bankers and industrialists realized they could as easily destroy the revolution as perpetuate it, and they did perpetuate world revolution as well as something they called The New World Order. A concept geared to technology and the Jewish banking industry with groups like Standard Oil, The Fabian Society and Communism bent on destroying the old East India company and it's world colonial empire. This new force in the world, the Bankers, Fabians, international revolutionaries and others began to fight physically as well as metaphysically against the Aristocracy, organized religion, Capitalism, and the US Criminal Justice System, as well as that colonial empire of the powerful East India Company. The communists and workers of the world, erroneously construed capitalism and all wealthy or successful endeavor on the planet at the time with the East India Company; and the New World Order banking and business structures began to use the workers of the world to destroy all competition for their corrupt cause, the New World Order, and police deaths began to sky rocket in America.
            Now this new world order or group that had over thrown the old East India Company and divided it up between the World Bank and International Socialism is trying to engineer another world depression and war, but first they want to take the weapons of defense the American people have to challenge such a criminal act, and further destroy responsible leadership in the country that America would use in it's defense should the economy become so depressed as to result in world chaos, starvation and war. It makes sense to consider very carefully here some of these points, I will raise most of them in more detail later so this Alert can be posted and get to work. I will say here though that the people and metaphysical forces that kill kids, the American people and police officers are working to effect an environment were the world banker, drug gangs, armed revolutionaries and child predators, companies like Comcast and Monsanto, not excluding many abortionists in America and other liberal politicians, vampires and various serial killers are getting together to continue killing children, people and the Criminal Justice Community, for fraudulent purpose to disarm America, and for election fraud. This is to me a strong show of force by the effort towards world war and should not effect our responsibilities to our defense, instead we should begin to work much more carefully to determine where these deaths are of a revolutionary association, or political corruption and begin to discourage this type of crime in the US. This is a capital crime and should not be allowed to remain covered up or appear to be less than a conspiracy of very criminal proportion. Foremost we need to get an alert at work in America for our officers of the law that will help them relate more carefully to this one hundred and thirty year old crime spree and death rage against the US Criminal Justice Community and the American People.
This type of illogical notion could cause a serious nuclear war or a nova to our solar system, at least a terrible destruction towards mankind's genius and planet. Socialism needs to reconsider it's direction and laws that were formed out of a series of violent terrible wars, persecution, greed and hate crimes. The trance mankind was suffering through had been breached 100 years earlier at the 600 year cycle 1776, by The American Constitution. These cycles have been long and loud. Four in the last 2000 years. The birth of Christ year 1, Mohamed year 600 AD, The rise of Genghis Khan 1200 AD, and the Declaration of Independence 1776, and the formation of the United States of America or 1800 AD. A hundred years later in1900 a violent insurrection took shape and declared the ends justify the means and a more criminal version of the freedom the US had formed as a very successful social order formed out of Europe. As our society became more advanced European Communism has become more planet polluting and corrupt, China for example. The planet is again facing problems as great as those developed when Attila the Hun slammed through the world during his rise and fall in about 450 AD. About one hundred years after the Emperor of Rome, Constantine declared Christianity the religion of preference in Rome. With our powerful technology of today we need to draw the line on the idea that the ends justify the means, and begin to look at all the laws of Communism more responsibly. We need to be more sensible than Attila the Hun or Joseph Stalin or Hillary Clinton, Jeb Bush and other congressmen or presidents pressing for violent war or revolution. We need to be able to defend our selves, our country, our planet and solar system but we need to be a great deal more sensible about doing that than the New World Order, or it's component communism is or has been.

This  editorial is a consideration of the lack of order in The New World Order, and the premeditation involved. This present turbulence seemed to escalate when oil prices began to decline in the world as production surpassed demand. It was the first time since the turn of the last century when gas pump prices escalated from less than $2.00 a gallon. The banking and oil industries since that time have been financing a series of wars and revolutions in the world, while keeping the majority of the people on the planet in a recessionary state, or in many cases a destitute state. When the earth and the economy began to stabilize years later around the time 2014-2015, an effort by the oil and gas industry from Russia to the US refineries and drilling companies, began to unfold to threaten that new stability.

     Most of the liberal war services groups in America like Skull and Bones Society from Yale University, a group seeming to have re emerged in the US about 1831, from the old Kn​ights Templars that faded from the most powerful halls of Europe as a Standard of war services about 1312 AD, almost 500 years earlier; the energetic and corrupt Halliburton - Kellogg, Brown & Root oil and war services group, the ever mysterious Rand Corporation, and it's smaller private think tank, the Hudson Institute, all had their top executives, board chairman, chief operating officers, or many senior fellows firmly placed at the highest positions of the US Government. The President a part of the Bush Family was Skull and Bones. The Vice President was, just before assuming that office, the top executive of Halliburton-KBR, and a former chief of staff for President Richard Nixon; who had been impeached. The Secretary of Defense was a former 2 time Chairman of The Board of the Rand Corporation, and also a former chief of staff of President Richard Nixon; who had become president after several tries and then only after the Democratic Presidential candidate, Robert Kennedy had been assassinated. The Vice Presidents Chief of Staff was a senior fellow of the powerful Hudson Institute. As well  think tanks like The American Enterprise Institute, The Brookings Institute, a Standard Oil option, another powerful war services group, The Fabian society and the newly elected Russian President in 1999 all began an effort to obfuscate the facts about the world situation and take this planet into another long era of aggression, confusion and world   bankruptcy.

     Up to this point The New World Order had made Trillions of dollars for themselves and their previously mentioned groups, and cost most of mankind far more than that. The kind of fraud used after 911 and the ensuing wars, death and damage make it difficult to put a price on the loss of both human and planet health and logical human notions like China and the terrible anxiety created there or in The Soviet Union during the last century. As well as the hate and ongoing conflict in the world because of this kind of policy and death.

     When The New World Order with one of its most effective components, The Fabian Society, began to use the workers of the world in an ambiguous fraud to over come the poor, destitute countries of this planet in an unrealistic, reckless threat to human life and logic, and under take the hostile take over of the former East India Company and their colonies. Most of these workers of the world had no idea how bad they were being lied to and how they would jeopardize their planet and future with this type of hatred, greed, criminal intent and deception. 

The real point is it is not conceivable to think The New World Order is capable of running this planet like they have been and not do irreconcilable damage to this group of humans and this planet. This is a serious crime and mankind needs to be more considering of this kind of fraud in our political fields, as well as our business relationships. We and our congress need to do more to protect this planet from the aggressive crimes of the oil companies and their employe

that would strike back at a time when the economy is just beginning to feel a financial recovery. We need to begin now to get the child predators and those that are a threat to the planet and man kinds development out of our congress and executive positions in this country. We won't all be sensible about becoming more able to take control of our lives and the planets health and safety right away but we should be sure the people in our government are becoming that sensible. If that powerful minority that is so unhealthy for this planet is not studied more carefully by  mankind and considered more responsibly, their future and ours will become very detrimental. We should not let a small group of impractical self centered individuals do a lot of damage to our direction and the formation of our relationship with the universe around us. 

     Three things that I want to discuss later are the child predators and abortion problems, like reproduction types of cancer as well as lack of logical solutions for small people or child safety in the world today regarding birth control for children rather than abortion for birth control for children, and the criminal use of our defense departments and political parties in the World by the New World Order. Third is the criminal use of chemically treated sewage water in our water ways and on our food chain, and the uranium mine owners that are a component of the nuclear power plants as a terrible pollution threat, extortion and cancer in the planet.

Reducing The Danger Of Our Power Plants

We are working to take the danger out of the infamous nuclear power plant. The plant it's self has many sound features. The danger is in the nuclear core or the heavily polluting coal fueled furnaces, and the extravagant waste that accompanies these plants today. 

We need funding to move forward here. Crowd funding is the stage we are at now. This stage is essential to the success of this project. 

We are working to create a coordinated effort to bring biogas produced from sewage into the fuel process. Biogas is, when utilized with oxygen, one of the hottest fuels available. In the cutting torch the fuel acetylene when mixed with the right amount of oxygen can cut thick steel. The burners' in the nuclear and coal fueled power plants do not need anything that hot. The burners using biogas will have no problem in a well built heating core, heating water to the temperatures needed to run the same large turbines GE and other power plant companies build for nuclear power. The difference is there is no nuclear contamination of the power plant or the water or steam escaping the power plant involved in the biogas plants. There are more advantages as well, as if these weren't enough. The steam produced in the biogas plant can be used to produced distilled water. If it is a coastal power plant salt water can be used and salt becomes a by product as well as distilled water which can be added to the cities water supply to reduce the water shortage of the large coastal cities during these drought years that could last into the thirties, as it did in the  early part of the last century. Another feature is tsunami's, earthquake, and war problems do not have the same deadly nuclear complications if the nuclear plant should over heat. 

Yesterday I went to a hospital down towards the San Onofre nuclear power plant at San Clemente where I was doing some PR work regarding the eventual removal of the nuclear core from that power plant and facilitating the replacement of the core with a biogas steam producing, natural gas furnace, and structure. We will eventually see this happen with most nuclear and coal fueled plants in the world. The Standard oil, GE group want control of the World Sewage structure before they tip their hand on the true value of biogas, a renewable energy source from sewage, for replacing and fueling the heating cores in the existing nuclear power plants with Biogas, or Liquified Methane Gas or LNG. All three gasses when refined are LNG. This type of fuel will remove from our planet, sewage as a pollutant as well as nuclear waste and nuclear cooling water as pollutant's. Probably the most important reason to convert the world sewage to clean natural gas for most if not all of the  power plants in America. As well as the production of billions of gallons of LNG for fuel. This will also be done throughout the entire world soon. 

Another powerful reason for converting sewage to LNG is because in the drilling for natural gas, Fracking while drilling for LNG has become so problematic and destructive in the world. Another very serious problem in drilling and Fracking for LNG is the amount of helium found in that gas. Helium is a product of the natural uranium half life and decay, helium is found in a great deal of the LNG from inside the earth. This is in fact not the case with Liquified Natural Gas produced and refined from sewage. You do not find  helium or uranium byproduct in this gas, it will warrant the new effort and great rewards from powering our new electric power plants on LNG from sewage. A safe renewable energy source. Not LNG from under ground. I believe it will also have a very positive effective on global warming as well.

The Biogas Plant just makes good sense. It rids the World of most sewage and a great deal of nuclear waste. It's a renewable energy source and is one of the most important things we can do for the Earth right now. I want to make a personal request from all of you and your friends to help fund the first stages of this effort for the planet and it's life. 

RATTLESNAKES SHARKS AND KIDS

EVIL AND WITCHCRAFT AGAIN IN OUR ELECTIONS, AND POLICE AND PUBLIC DEATHS

Law Officers in the US may be facing a new level of police deaths before long. It is a hunch but I have saved some lives by mentioning my hunches in the past, The Justice community, after reading the Alerts, were looking more carefully and although there were some injuries we managed to avoid any deaths. So I want to say this is a strong hunch and that kind of caution will be important. One other thing we have had 2 rattlesnake bites and 2 shark bites this month, both unusual. The rattlesnake bites occurred in Oakland and Folsom California. Folsom is also home to a very old state prison. They occurred about 100 miles apart. One victim a 2 year old girl was bitten by a young rattler on Tuesday June 2, 2015 and the other a 4 year old boy was bitten a few days latter. 

The next weekend at Oak Island Beach, North Carolina. Both of the shark bites took place, one right after the other on June 14, 2015, about 90 minutes apart at the same North Carolina beach, on the other side of the US. One young girl and a young boy were also involved as victims in these incidents. 

It is not difficult to say coincidence is at work here or the drought, but I see something else at work as well and the law officers in the US should take note. A spirit force, correlating a method of operation that could be used in the death of law officers in America, one right after the other,  or as important that spirit force could be attempting to kill people like Travon Martin or Mike Brown at Ferguson, Missouri again. Perhaps one right after the other in a more volatile appearing crime. Something that would more easily spark riots this summer and possibly kill police officers or others. I am sure both need to be considered carefully. 

Summer riots and law suits are being planed now against law enforcement or for the up coming Presidential Elections and an important investigation should be undertaken to detect this conspiracy, this major crime to encourage an issue involving police shootings of black people or female criminals or victims. To enlarge the riots numbers, after metaphysical groups have encouraged one or more police deaths in the US. It works something like stepping on a rattlesnake and her young and getting bit several times, then seeing that precarious period used to get another person killed. Right now this spirit is also killing or injuring women, children, and young girls for the Hillary Clinton feminism campaign. 

I have more to bring out here but I want to get this published, we may be able to stop this voodoo or demon type of killer soon. I am sure it will escalate for a while though and every thing that can be noted should be. Once again we may be seeing these killings occurring two at a time. With due diligence we may not, we may again prevent much of this. Perhaps. It will help to get this message out if it is retweeted over and over, the more times the better. I will list this in our funding page also, we will need some, to stay up with this matter before it is over.
