We are in another slow death rage towards the American Law Officers. We have lost 16 law officers already this month, 2 died on the 24th of March, and the end of the month is still 6 days away this country needs to go again into a CAUTION ALERT, the "Death Force" is also on this side of the Rockies right now. One death at the Navaho Tribal Police in Arizona and California lost it's first officer on duty yesterday, that means since that force is at work here it will be very likely to kill again. The end of the month is one of the hardest times of the month for many poor people that only get paid once a month so that time should be in every officers mind that desperation and death are at work, and caution is at the end of the month very important. Domestic quarrels are some of the most dangerous threats but only one of  the threats at this time. We could still loose 20 or more officers this month if we do not go into a full caution ALERT into the first week of next month at least.

A NEW JAIL FOR THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES 

I was working on some law and order issues today and wanted to contact the new Sheriff of Los Angeles. I stopped to get some information and remembered he was working on getting a new jail system together. I thought it would be practical to help him accomplish this task. 

I realized there are so many reasons for the people of this county to consider the value of such a substantial endeavor. The cost is high, it obviously would be. The reality of the dangers of the old jail are so real and troubling it would frighten a reasonable and sensible person to think of the dangers to any of their family if one or more of them might find them selves in the jail. It should also create a certain apprehension with in the mind of a reasonable person to think of other people and their families, or the people that work in the jail, that are subject to those conditions. It is an old dangerous place with many troubled people.

I am a publisher and I want to take the time to make some suggestions for our new Sheriff about the community getting together to help make one of the most problematic groups of the people in Los Angeles, the people in jail, a place that could bring our criminal holding system into the 21st. century. This should be one of the most important tools our Sheriff has. It should be a standard for Justice in America. We are after all one of the most interesting cities in the world. This city leads mankind in so many ways as a center of logic, good judgement and good taste. We have a film industry here that could be meaningful in this endeavor. Their suggestions are worth more than I could say, many of their ideas make billions of dollars a year. Something the Sheriff will also need some quality solutions for, funding. 

Another thought I wanted to mention here was related to safety, a constant concern in any jail system. Not everyone that goes through this part of the LA system will think logically of the people of Los Angeles. If we make this part of our city one of the most rational in America it will reflect that aspect in an interesting way

Size and weight should be a factor involved in helping to determine some of the safety issues.  If you put small or short people in with tall or over weight people they are just more likely to get taken advantage of more often, and in a jail it usually goes much farther than that. Space could be saved also by evaluating the size of the people that pass through the jail that are under 6 foot or over 185 lbs, and build accommodating features for those numbers, small, average and large. If Los Angeles thought about this we could begin an important new effort towards a better mind set for those people on the wrong side of the law. Rather than a hurt, angry or frightened person or group that may kill a law officer or member of the community. Good luck Sheriff on an excellent idea and a great tenure.

POLICE DEATHS AND HEART ATTACKS

ALERT. we have lost 12 officers this month, one third to heart attacks. 

This can be stopped by the police community. Heart attacks are the highest single 

killer of this year at 9 deaths, perhaps 10. Stopping them needs to be a nation 

wide effort with doctor involvement and testing. Often these older officers expertise 

is irreplaceable and moving them around in the department to a less stressful position 

can be wise. For their grand children as well as the department. This message should 

be sent to every department in the Justice Community, it will save lives now.

$1.2 TRILLION COLLEGE DEBT

WHY THE $1.2 TRILLION COLLEGE DEBT IS DIFFICULT FOR THE TAX PAYER 

                       AND MANY STUDENTS IN THE US

It is not difficult to figure that an administration that takes out a $1.2 trillion issue for college education for the American people will get those students vote. For a while the students of the USA were very enthused with the prospect of an education program that did almost knock down their door or clog their email with spam to give them $5000 to $35000 or more to get a higher education, and they did vote for a party that seemed so perfect. After 5 years the glitter began to wear off. Most people thought the White House had taken care of all the details. They had not though, they were working to many of their own money angles, not a well thought out education process.

I will explain. When $1.2 trillion is made available for college education and the group setting up the process has been involved in obtaining large campaign contributions from the people they are getting this money to, I mean the education system not the students, a lot of that money goes not for education but rather for kick backs, contributions and often extravagant fraud as well as countless other illegal or semi illegal ventures. Too little went into an education system that should have guaranteed the student an education worth what they were paying for. Or one that they would be able to complete. Few are able to see this kind of high pressure fraud or con become an achievement that can be built on, to a Doctorate, PhD or better. Though some people can work with almost any education process. This education endeavor had far to many people concerned with getting as much of that $ 1.2 trillion as they could.

It was built on a pattern of corruption, like the Solyndra Solar Cell bail out. That cost the tax payer about half a billion dollars. The Health Care Program is very similar, so is Immigration. One of the reasons Hillary Clinton's email server had deleted over 30,000 emails was the corruption she was involved in. For example the perpetration of so many revolutions in the world that the administration she was a part of had helped organize and arm, was very unconstitutional and they had a great deal to cover up. Those are things her group did not want the American people to see.

The campaign fraud, corruption and kick backs in this matter are so vast that the solutions will be also extensive. I am going to encourage the whistleblower to help get as much of this money back through those process as they can. I would like to say it can be dangerous also and no place to be impractical. I know much of the work will be done as well through other legal channels, and Congressional Investigations.

This month may be much more deadly than last month. American law officers should be preparing for an evil "Death Rage." A great deal of effort on law enforcements part to be correct for law, fact and life saving procedure will be very important. Better interrogation and determination process are also crucial. There is an extremely dangerous death force rising again, it has police murder and vampire tendencies, as in Ferguson, Missouri. But it also has an intent to kill the American People. The method of Operation of this "Death Force" includes a schism between the Criminal Justice Community and the People of this country, that's when the "Death Force" is the strongest, and most deadly. This is a full caution alert. I am not sure yet of the magnitude, it probably will be closer to the January casualty count. One of our objectives will be to discourage the illegal use of Riots to influence, threaten and prejudice the American People. We will work it through twitter to save some lives as well as other media structures. Please pass this Alert along to all Law Officers in the country possible, that is essential to the logical consideration of this matter
