The crime Vietnam should consider is not the American peoples. They had their President assassinated, John Kennedy and then Bobby Kennedy a candidate. Their country had been taken over by an extreme criminal enterprise bent on taking over the world. Johnson and Nixon and their profiteers, Monsanto, Dow, Standard Oil, Dutch Royal Shell, Olin, GE, The Hudson Institute, the Fabian Society, Ford, GM, The New World Order, HSBC, and the countless other components of the World Merchant Banking Group NM Rothschild & Sons, Chase Bank, Citi Bank, and others that were bent on ruthlessly taking over the Asian colonies of the collapsing East India Company, as well as the World. They lived in a terrible trance, something like Caesar or Napoleon lived in. 

     With the technology on the Earth today the potential for Nova continues to escalate.    Vietnam needs to address more responsibly these issues and better laws in the world. More logical leaders to alleviate a recurrence of this same type of abject cruelty and threat to life and the planet. Vietnam could began a World Consensus to help require these groups to make revisions, responsible changes and amends for this action against The Asian People as well as the American People. It needs to be done as a world consensus, and take hold as a legal, logical responsibility like something out of the US Constitution's First Amendment and the right to peaceably assemble to have the support of Mankind. To become a standard for this planet. An effort to help guarantee longer life, higher logic and a greater degree of safety for this part of our Solar System.

      The violent riot, robbery and murder encouraged by a criminal con that looks  superficially at the world's problems today will only compound the danger our planet is facing and complicate further the effort to bring it back to a healthy state.
