JAPAN A TLC PARTNER OR ....... JAPAN AND NUCLEAR POWER I began the day knowing the four dollars I had in my pocket would probably get me through to the end of the month if I was very careful, did not go far in my old car, and I was able to get by with what I had in my ice chest. I was $2.30 overdrawn in my bank account, but I have a good bank and they know I am good for the money. So I had to figure what else could I do that I can afford and not waste the last few years of my life or at least the last few days of this month in those few years. I remembered an article I wanted to write. It was about Japan and The New World Order-Council on Foreign Relations, Hiroshima and Nagasaki. It is some thing I need to do while repaying the gift of life to Mother Nature. A notion my old mom, or a wise spirit imparted to me. I don't remember now which one suggested it, both always had something sensible and important to say. One though suggested this valuable gift be always logically considered and repaid. So I have been involved working at that for about 30 years. That is not the only thing I do, but I do it often. I am fond of Mother Nature. Japan, I noticed is an advanced part, or component of the earth, they are some of the best, and I have an aunt back a ways that is also from that island. So I began the day writing a long article about the wars and all. Well I thought it was better than just good and when I had finished I went to cut it from the web page to transfer it to a blog I use, It cut but it did not paste and I lost the whole article. So here it is 7:11 pm and I am starting over. I knew there were evil ghosts and imps around, I had had some trouble getting that article finished, but what I did not know right away was the imps and more than a few of the ghosts were the people that worked with John D Rockefeller, his family, and friends like John J McCloy, Bundy and other Bonesmen from that by gone era, when they dropped the bomb, twice. Well it wasn't until one of the Rockefeller's threatened to kill me if I wrote any more that I became offended. They were threatening my rights under our constitution to freedom of thought, of speech and freedom of the press. So in defense of these rights, and Mother Nature, of her life force here that she patiently is raising and protecting; in defense of mankind, a part of her soul, I am without hesitation continuing with the matter, despite that deadly death threat from the Rockefeller group. I have to say the Earth has been here a long time and Japan also has been here a while, thousands of years. The CFR seem to be the cad's here. The abuse of power. The threat of nova in this matter if the use of nuclear power is not more logically considered by them, and by all of us. This is not to say the people of Japan and The USA are all in tune with this expression, although I am sure many of them have similar feelings. And it is not just the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki that I am talking about, but also nearly 70 years later at Fukushima, because of a lack of responsible oversight by GE, Westinghouse regarding the feasibility of building and fueling a nuclear power plant so near an earthquake fault line a large part of this area and many of the people have been dangerously contaminated by a high concentration of nuclear waste, as well as oceanic contamination and a large area of the atmosphere as well. These nuclear incidents are unacceptable and our planet is in great peril because of the New World Order-Trilateral Commission abusive activity in the nuclear field. Not just in Japan, but also in the planet structure. They have shown a terrible level of abuse of power, bad planning and bad judgement in the energy field, As Well as the effort to form a one world government on the planet. That is not to say this type of thing has not happened before. It is also very evident that more than one planet has blown it's self into a nova from this type of aggressive behavior. Dictatorships are not actually proper political structures for newly forming high tech societies. They need to be more flexible, more able to adjust because of the lack of logical perspective often involved. A one world government of this nature needs to be built with the mutual consensus of most of those involved, and responsible leadership, with the right of every person to be heard and considered. War needs to be considered much differently it should not be acceptable under almost any circumstances. Our industry should not be cancerous and our effort should be sensible towards everyone. The New World Order and Communism to be a threat to the Planet and man should cause great concern about the facts that seem to be alarming about the sanity of a group that would meanly force a dangerous endeavor on this planet that could take it into a nuclear bashing or nova. Some of these individuals or groups are attempting to do just that. That is not to say an easy solution will be reached. It is important to say though that if the USA and Japan, two very intelligent countries can not come to a responsible agreement about our planet's well being, our future and direction, for better logic and safety in our industry and our relationships, we would have a very difficult time convincing President Xi Jinping to become more interested in a greater effort at fighting pollution and cancer in his industry, like he has remarked lately. As important is helping Rockefeller come out of this very bad corner he has got us into with his lack of experience in building a high tech society. It should not be a utopia, rather it should be a sound foundation for man kind to build a sensible and complex future on. We at this time on the Earth can not yet see all the variables involved in building a well done society. It should not be so competitive with in its self to be dangerous and easily destroyed. Neither should the human relationship our schools would need to impart to those learning be impractical. We should be building a leadership consensus that would make the standard of life highly appreciated that the industrial nations of the world have acquired for every one, and that standard should be passed on in the world in a way that the people of the planet are glad to be a part of their world and willing to be sensible about the responsibilities involved. It should not be said, it is easier to kill a million people these days than to make them do what you want. We need to be a great deal more logical than that. This New World Order needs to be viewed as an impractile effort, and something that should rather be thought out and done with a large powerful computer and many intelligent planers. This needs to be undertaken as a more competent, and more logical construction.

The series I am going to do will be a legal description of a criminal enterprise using an old, important political party in America as a tool to subtly put this country into the hands of a group of robber Barons and industrialists that had developed an ideological concept to establish a vehicle that would assure them and their organization a lasting place in the leader ship of the world. They intended to use the United States as a part of that endeavor. There have been many things written about the New World Order, much of it parts of an effort to create an opaque picture. The actual picture is very poor, and was not accurate it was always being modified or altered, so the original was hidden because of the lack of perspective the original artists possessed at the time. The original intent was done by those that had no idea what technology would actually be or look like, they did not know the massive power or ability that was being born on this planet. Not nuclear power or computer power or the power that was the intelligence that had taught the human race and given them life, given them form and aspiration. So the first draft of the New World Order was poor, and lacked full support from God and man. I am going to add to that genetic code or understanding for man and woman, and Mother Nature as well. I want to say that one of the most important laws that we have been given is the law that clearly declares " how we handle our mistakes is one of the most important factors concerning the person or people we are or we become." I want to begin with the Republican Party in the United States of America in the early and middle 1960s. The reason I wish to begin with the republicans and their party is because I have a dispute with them just now about some work that needs to be done for the health and safety of our country and the planet and solar system we are a part of. That work has already begun. It began when the republican and democratic congress let the importance of Congress, as a body to protect the people of America from a criminal dictatorial leadership or conspiracy, stand by when a Constitutionally questionable leadership emerged. The Republican Party did not protect them selves or the people by maintaining an ability to object to such a conspiracy with either a Republican majority in the Senate or the House. Because of that situation the publication "POLICE SOFTWARE by David" was forced to spend years to reestablish the Republican House majority first, and then the Republican Senate Majority in the US Congress, with the American People, to bring the country back into something besides an unlawful revolutionary effort. This has taken 7 years to do so far and was very costly, not just fnancially but also in human life. Because of this effort and the need to create a fund for the work I publish and the efforts we are involved with to continue as a component of Nuclear Intelligence and Criminal Justice on our planet, in the US, to Involve our publication which is an effort to also bring the number of police deaths down in this country each year, and not let it be compromised by this type of necessity, I have sent the RNC an option. For $5 million I would replace them and their people in a sound position to again protect the country from the unpleasant presence of a dangerous revolutionary predicament at the mid-term national election. I asked for a response and because of the time factor I was unable to wait long for that response, so we worked the matter through without the response as it was impractical to wait longer. Unless it was the intent of the RNC to actually deprive the people of this country those protections a congress is intended to preserve, I do hope that is not the case, at least not with a majority of the RNC. It could have been simply a matter of inexperience on the part of the RNC leadership which seems to continue today. With an election for the RNC Chairmanship underway now this may be a logical concern. It is of great importance that the Republican Party consider this. May the best candidates of the republican group come forward now to this challenge. If a worthy candidate, that would heed my request and make the matter payed in full, that debt which has been discussed, it would do a great deal to unite the party and bring it back to strength. To further protect the RNC duties and necessities to in the future keep our country protected with a constant Republican Majority presence in at least one house of congress, to protect this country and its constitution. Then if the matter is right I will give that person my support and we will begin to restore the respect for the Republican Party and much of the safety in this country. Until then I am in communication with the RNC and the voters that did so much to work through this terrible dangerous threat to the country that we might bring the US back into a better respect and safe position for us all. I can only say that when George W Bush was in the White House for 8 years previous and lied about the weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, he took the world into such a dangerous recession, while gas sold at $5 a gallon, and Lehman Brothers collapsed causing US voters to lose complete respect for the Republican Party. Due in part to the Bush Family, Jeb Bush, a high profile advisor at Lehman Brothers who cost Florida pension groups vast sums, George Herbert Walker lV, Bush's cousin, who was Lehman Brothers investment Management Director as it collapsed, and also John Kasich an Ohio real estate Magnet and presidential candidate, who spent 8 years at Lehman Brothers during its most contentious period. He was awarded a $400 000 bonus as it collapsed, while costing Ohio pensions considerably. You can imagine the properties they manipulated for their own purposes, and the profits made. These are not people the Republican Party should have in its leadership. These actions had made it impossible for the Republican Party to regain the support necessary from the American voter to reclaim a position of respect, they were the actions of people praying on the world as predators within the Republican Party and had cost the world it's solvency, they lost their ability to govern responsibly. POLICE SOFTWARE by David put their name on the line and were able to restore the RNC much of that respect, and support. So I will repeat again I wish the RNC to immediately send the $5 million I asked for to replace the RNC and the Republican Party to the position of congressional majority that the RNC might not remain as derelict in their responsibilities to the American people and for their safety. I am a person of the old school that believes in a more sensible responsibility than the new hundred year old phrase "The ends justify the means." I know the ends often, in a world with such pollution, and corruption as we see on this planet today do not justify the means. Because of that I am a part of a nuclear intelligence group in the United States that works on world or international nuclear problems, and questions 

One of these problems is our lack of good laws and procedure for mining, possession and storing of nuclear materials. There are some issues I want to be heard on involving the miss use of uranium by the uneducated or those of lesser knowledge considering uranium, as well as the criminal use of uranium to poison or kill people with uranium in this article. First I would like to say something for the small or young people or older people that come in contact unknowingly with uranium. Some of this element are of the most gorgeous composition and color and most people would not ever think a rock or stone of uranium could be so beautiful. Because of that fact a small child might pick up a pet rock that was highly radioactive and keep it in their pocket or around them. Or a person might even find that some nice jewelry they owned could in fact be causing cancer in their system. I will show some photos of some of these uranium rocks easily available for concerned mothers and others to view. I know more than a few young people,  have died a sad early cancerous death and no one ever figured out why. This may help save a lot of people from such sadness in the future. It also might open some old cold cases pertaining to intentionally poisoning people.

I would like to say it is not hard to make a case of this type. Uranium poisoning has a certain pattern or can carry a degree of radioactivity that an autopsy should be able to detect as a standard procedure in an unusual death or series of deaths as a part of an autopsy where the reason of death seems to be unclear. It would not be difficult in most cases to research any involvement of, or traces of uranium possession, or previous contact with uranium, in the circle of acquaintances of a person that had been poisoned and narrow the field of possible criminal involvement.  An advanced procedure will develop here like DNA or DNA damage.

 I must move along though, you will see a lot of us just now as we work to put off this nuclear war again that we seem be facing in the world today, and make mankind's responsibility for nuclear power a situation this planet and it's people feel more confident about.

Some of the questions that have come out in this matter of criminal disregard or negligence by the RNC 

like how strong is the conspiracy to defraud the Republican Party and the people of the US. Who is involved and to what extent is this conspiracy centered or within the Republican Party. Is this a matter that would conspire to leave the party without a strong majority in at least one house of congress to protect the laws and logic of this country, and the free world from malicious intent, and is this a conspiracy by the New World Order, formulated in part by the old Republican family the Rockefellers of Standard Oil. 

It has been in the last 100 years that the New World Order has formed a defined effort with in our political parties, a series of institutes, councils and commissions to form a world governing body to over throw the laws and rules of order in America and the world. To violently and fraudulently inflict the will of the new class of world bankers, industrialists and energy financed robber barons upon man kind and the earth. A will that was so erroneous and faulted that it makes the terrible death in this world over the last hundred years seem like complete despair, like an instance similar to a massive cancerous out break or worse.

It has been in fact a form of a "corruption magnet," seemingly laid out to gather the world criminals, by an invisible galactic security force involved with life, like our own immune systems. In some instances more a force that was made up of many different parts and peoples some heading for heaven some heading for Hell, many of the Devil's force showing a more unscrupulous effort at gathering the unjust. To be honest though I must say the Devil does not have all the bad out laws. There is also many of that group in the heavens. They seem to have worked out a more often used procedure for moving forward to become better at life and better for life. I also must say that not all of them are that good at it, that is forgiveness and becoming better people. It is certainly an important matter to get figured out. 

This "corruption magnet" is a forceful effort to make corruption so profitable that many of the criminal people would sell their soul to that violent, cancerous industry,  and steal the souls of others in a deadly criminal way. A "corruption magnet" that could easily be used to prove, beyond any reasonable doubt, the crimes of the world like cancer and it's perpetuation to extort man, and the earth, or pollution and a type of crime such as nuclear abuse of power that could cause nova or worse, or encourage other crimes that could threaten the planet with the kind of technology that would be damaging to man or the planet. This form of crudity is a poor mean notion in a high tech society that some times finds justification in the lessons learned in overcoming these forms of weakness, correcting our laws and logic to become a regard for life rather than a threat to life. Like overcoming a bout with Malaria.

The unjust will of the new world order is geared to alter the US Constitution and form a large, united, violent force in the less developed countries of the world to over throw the US and assume control of the dying East India Company, their colonies and empire. It is undeniably one of the worlds great crimes. 

The new industrialized giants, the Jewish banking houses and energy corporations had began an effort that was the very nature of crime and threat to the earth and man that was so obvious to the ancient Angels that foretold of this time. They made it clear, that man would fear the coming of the new world, the industrialized world or an advanced civilization or type of heaven because of it's anti Christ tendencies and corruption, they feared the nature of a society formed where the ends justified the means, a world formed out of the dark ages that would force ideas of such a criminal magnitude, a violent crime like we saw in Russia, China, and other countries as Communism formed in this confused new world. Like Attila the Hun came out of the dark ages and died about 450 AD. Around a hundred years after Christianity formed as the religion of preference in Rome. 

The new world order has conquered and used people like slaves or butchered animals to enslave and butcher others, many worked hard to build their version of the new world with technology only to be told they were not worthy of heaven and this new world would kill so many of them off. Even after Christianity had promised forgiveness and repentance for mankind. And what has become even more fearful is the abject threat this society has become to not just the understanding of man but the welfare of the planet as well because of the New World Order and this corruption magnet by a more powerful force. 

The Rockefellers are one of the most powerful families of the New World Order. And the Republican Party. Jay Rockefeller joined the Democratic Party so he could be with the more social classes and help them join in with the new world order. 

When I consider the crimes within the Republican Party like The Bushes, the George Herbert Walkers, the Lehman Brothers collapse, the Great Depression of 1929, World War I and II, Vietnam, Iraq I think of The Rockefeller family and foundation working with the new world order to make that "corruption magnet" such an abuse of power, such a dangerous criminal threat to the world, such a cancerous industry that I cannot think of letting the Rockefeller family use the Republican Party, a part of the party formed by Thomas Jefferson and some of his friends in the early days of the Republic as a criminal fraud, and criminal factor in the confusion of the American people or the people of the world, or a threat to the American people if I can help it at all. To do so would leave the world vulnerable and this part of the universe looking very criminal and dangerous. Mankind cannot afford to be that wrong. 

In light of this I will one more time request the RNC send the $5 million I requested for restoring the Republican Party to a safe standard, or we can continue to communicate in this Public Forum concerning the matter, you know my email address.

I will send along with this a part of an elaboration about the Rockefeller foundation and it's work in trying to figure out what God was thinking when he said so long ago "How you handle your mistakes is an important measure of the person, or people that you are. And so I quote 

                  

          "The Rockefeller Foundation

John D. Rockefeller used General Education Board funds through Standard Oil representatives in Russia to provoke the Russian Revolution in 1905. No wonder the Soviet masses cheer when a Rockefeller arrives to visit them. To date, the Rockefellers have "given" more than $5 billion from stock income, meaning that Americans have had to ante up billions of dollars in taxes which would otherwise have been revenue on this income.

Congressman Wright Patman, chairman of the House Banking and Currency Committee, proved in 1967 Hearings that 14 Rockefeller foundations held assets of more than $1 billion in Standard Oil stock. Not only did they pay no tax on this stock, but it gave them permanent control over the family owned firm. Rival financiers could not buy control of Standard Oil because its stock was insulated by foundation ownership. As Patman pointed out, the fact that the Rockefellers escaped paying huge sums in taxes gave them an unsurpassed market advantage over other firms which had to pay normal rates of taxation. The agitation for increased "corporate taxation" adds to Rockefeller's advantage. Patman said, "The Foundations are the best investments the Rockefeller family could have made."

A family member, Senator Nelson Aldrich, shepherded the General Education Board charter through Congress. The Rockefeller Foundation charter proved more difficult. It was a flagrant effort to evade government decrees against the Standard Oil monopoly, but was finally pushed through in 1913 by Sen. Robert F. Wagner of N.Y., setting aside $50 million in Standard Oil of New Jersey stock for "charitable work". The Rockefeller Foundation charter was signed on May 22, 1913. Its incorporators were:

• John D. Rockefeller
• John D.Rockefeller Jr.
• Henry Pratt Judson, of the Lyman and Pratt families, president of University of Chicago
• Simon Flexner, educated at Universitv of Berlin and Univ. of Strasbourg, had served with Rockefeller Institute since 1903 as prof. of medicine
• Starr Jameson, "personal counsel to John D. Rockefeller in his benevolences"
• Jerome D. Greene, secretary of Harvard Corp. 1910-11, banker with Lee Higginson of London, 1912-18, sec. Reparations commission at Paris Peace Conference
• Wickliffe Rose, prof. Peabody College, secretary Peabody Educational Fund, trustee of Slater Fund and General Education Board
• Charles W. Eliot, also of the Lyman family, married Ellen Peabody, educated in Germany, president emeritus of Harvard.

An offshoot, the China Medical Board, secured Standard Oil the market for "oil for the lamps of China", and gave the family entree into the highly profitable Asiatic drug trade. The breakthrough was obtained after they financed the rise to power of the Soong family, who created modern China.

The list of officers of the Rockefeller Foundation from 1913-63 reveals a great deal about this organization. The four chairmen of the board have been John D. Rockefeller. Jr. 1917-39; Walter D. Stewart, 1939-50; John Foster Dulles, 1950-52; and John D. Rockefeller 3rd, 1952-63.

Walter D. Stewart served with Bernard Baruch on the War Industries Board in 1918, was with the Federal Reserve Board from 1922-25, and then joined the law firm of Case, Pomery, a Rockefeller firm. He was economic adviser to the Bank of England 1928-30, Special Adviser to Bank for International Settlements 1931, Presidential Council of Economic Advisors for Eisenhower 1953-56, and later president of the Institute for Advanced Study. In this list of legal and financial posts, one is struck by the conspicuous absence of any "charitable" endeavours.

John Foster Dulles, as senior partner of the law firm of Sullivan and Cromwell, carried on the firm's traditional involvement in promoting wars and revolutions. Few Americans know that Sullivan & Cromwell's intrigues made the Panama Canal possible.

A 736 page volume, "The Story of Panama, the U.S. House Hearings on Panama in 1913," offers hundreds of pages of documentation proving that William Nelson Cromwell, founder of the firm, and Dulles' mentor, instigated and promoted the Panamanian Revolution for J.P. Morgan and J. & W. Seligman. Morgan subsequently received $40 million in gold from the U.S. Treasury, the largest check it had ever drawn to that time. $35 million of this sum was clear profit.

President Theodore Roosevelt sued the New York World for libel for printing some of the facts about himself and Cromwell. The case was unanimously thrown out of court by the Supreme Court. We find in "The Roosevelt Panama Libel Case Against the N.Y. World" the following :

"On Oct. 3, 1908, the Democratic National Committee was considering the advisability of making public a statement that William Nelson Cromwell in connection with M. Bunau-Varilla, A French speculator, had formed a syndicate at the time when it was quite evident that the U.S. would take over the rights of French bondholders in the DeLesseps Canal, and that this syndicate included among others Charles P. Taft, brother of William Howard Taft, and Douglas Robinson, brother-in-law of President Theodore Roosevelt. These financiers invested their money because of a full knowledge of the intention of the U.S. Government to acquire the French property at a price of about $40 million and thus -- because of the alleged information from Government sources -- were enabled to reap a rich profit."

On Aug. 29, 1908, the Democratic National Committee issued a statement from its headquarters in Chicago identifying Cromwell as:

"William Nelson Cromwell of New York, the great Wall Street lawyer, attorney for the Panama Canal combine, Kuhn Loeb Co., the Harriman interests, the sugar trust, the Standard Oil trust et al."

Thus the Democratic leaders identified Cromwell as the lawyer for the seven men who controlled America for the Rothschilds. The Democrats continued :

"In Sept. 1904, during the absences of Secretary Taft from Washington, Mr. Cromwell, a private citizen practically ran the War Dept. John F. Wallace, Chief Engineer of the Panama Canal, testified before the Senate Committee on Feb. 5, 1905, 'Cromwell appeared to me to be a dangerous man'."

The House Hearings devoted many pages to Cromwell's activities, well worth anyone's reading, including damning testimony from Congressman Rainey:

"The revolutionists were in the pay of the Panama Railroad & Steamship Co., a New Jersey corporation. The representative of that corporation was William Nelson Cromwell. He was the revolutionist who promoted and made possible the revolution on the Isthmus of Panama. At that time he was a shareholder in the railroad and its general counsel in the United States. William Nelson Cromwell -- the most dangerous man this country has produced since the days of Aaron Burr -- is a professional revolutionist."

John Foster Dulles, chairman of the board of the Rockefeller Foundation, inherited the mantle of Cromwell as the most dangerous man in America. A member of the Rockefeller family through his marriage to Janet Pomeroy Avery, he was secretary to his uncle, Secretary of State Robert Lansing, at the Paris Peace Conference. Thomas Lamont, partner of J.P. Morgan, wrote of Dulles at that time, "All of us placed great reliance upon John Foster Dulles."

Dulles later turned up in Germany with Baron Kurt von Schroder to guarantee Hitler the funds to take over Germany. U.S. Ambassador to Germany William Dodd writes in his Diary, Dec. 4, 1933:

"John Foster Dulles, legal Counsel for associated American banks, called this afternoon to give an account of claims being urged on behalf of bondholders against German cities and corporations, more than a billion dollars. He seemed very clever and resolute."

Ron Pruessen, in his biography of Dulles, mentions Dulles' "secret discussions with the German Cabinet Dec. 1933 and Jan. 1934 in Berlin." Pruessen lists Dulles' banking clients during the 1920s: "J.P. Morgan, the national City Co., Kuhn, Loeb & Co., Dillon Read, Guaranty Trust, Lee Higginson, and Brown Bros Harriman." Dulles had a legal monopoly on Wall Street.

John Foster Dulles never lost his penchant for starting wars. How many Americans know that it was John Foster Dulles who sent a telegram from Tokyo to President Truman's advisers, "If it appears that the South Koreans cannot repulse the attack, then we believe that U.S. force should be used." Although Dulles never revealed who "we" included, this telegram set off our involvement in the Korean War.

Examining the dominant members of the Rockefeller Foundation, we find men whose lives have been devoted to war and revolution, chemical warfare, international intrigue, and mass murder. We find the chairman of the board was John Foster Dulles, who inherited the title of "most dangerous man in America" from his mentor, William Nelson Cromwell; Dulles obtained crucial financing for Hitler, and sent the key telegram involving the U.S. in the Korean War, while his brother (Allen), a director of Schroder Bank, set up the CIA. We find Karl T. Compton, who gave the word to drop the atomic bomb on Japan in 1945 and unleashed the horror of atomic warfare on the entire world (he was also trustee of Ford Foundation). We find Lord Franks, key member of the Rhodes Trust [and] the Schroder Bank.

What we do not find is anyone who has ever engaged in any charitable endeavor. The Rockefeller directors of what is properly the "Rockefeller Syndicate" interlock with the nation's major banks, corporations, universities and government departments. This is the network which illegally rules America, which, by its tax evasion, places a tremendous tax burden on all American taxpayers, and which makes our elections a farce because these men determine all policies which are implemented in the United States.

Through the Sealantic Fund, the Rockefellers control American schools of theology and the religious institutions of America; through the Rockefeller Bros. Fund they control government policy. In 1958, the Rockefeller Bros Fund convened American leaders to urge greater military spending; the group included:

Every American worker is regularly reminded of one Rockefeller Foundation "boon to mankind" when he receives his mutilated pay check with the "withholding tax" ripped from it. In 1943, at the height of World War II, Congress passed an "emergency" wartime tax bill, the Current Tax Payment act of 1943. Enacted on June 9, 1943, the bill became known as the Withholding Tax. The "emergency" ended some forty years ago, and in the intervening decades the bill has been and it is illegal. It is illegal because it is not "withholding" and because it is not a tax. Since it is not what it claims to be, it cannot be enforced, as it has no legal standing.

In legal terms, the withholding tax is a garnishee. Webster defines a garnishee as a legal notice served with a writ of attachment to attach the wages of a debtor on behalf of a creditor. However, the withholding tax is not a legal notice served with a writ of attachment, nor is it issued by any court, and is not collectible under U.S. law. Second, the "debt", or tax, can only be established on the annual return at then end of the taxable year, as provided by law. IRS claims that the withholding tax establishes "the liability at the source". However, no debt has been established at the time of collection.

The withholding tax is also illegal because it was enacted into law as the result of a conspiracy by persons who concealed their motives and their allegiances. Beardsley Ruml, who foisted the plan on Congress, told a New Yorker reporter that the withholding tax plan originated at a luncheon of "intellectuals" at the luxurious Plaza Hotel. He refused to identify any of the other conspirators. Fortune said of him:

"Beardsley Rural of pay-as-you-go fame (characterized by Congressman Wright Patman as protecting the first crop of war millionaires), is beyond a doubt one of the most mentally agile and popular men in American history. Like many other interesting personalities, the treasurer of Macy's, chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and eminent fiscal planner is a far from simple character.

The former Dean of social sciences at the Univ. of Chicago later worked for the Carnegie Corp. In 1922 the Rockefellers made the 28-year old Ruml director of the Laura Spelman Rockefeller Memorial ($80 million). The Memorial had been founded for charitable aid to women, but Mr. Ruml, arguing that the welfare of the individual depends on the welfare of the whole society, threw the organization and $25 million of the funds behind the social sciences."

Ruml's idea of the withholding tax is suggested in his book. "Government Business and Values", p. 179:

"It is evident that the progress of science, technology and education will force important changes in our personal, social and economic relationships. To meet these changes, government must change and modify the laws, rules and regulations under which we live."

Note that Ruml says "force" changes, by "government" decree. This is the entire foundation program, to impose by force their will on the American electorate, in a criminal syndicalist conspiracy against the wellbeing of every American.

The 1971 list of trustees of the Rockefeller Foundation shows it continues to be the ruling hierarchy of the U.S. It includes:

• W. Michael Blumenthal and C. Douglas Dillon, both of whom served as Secretaries of the Treasury
• Robert F. Goheen, president of Princeton
• Vernon Jordan, the token black
• Robert V. Roosa
• Cyrus Vance, Secretary of State under Carter.

Roosa is a founding member and secretary of the Trilateral Commission. While he was on the staff of the Federal Reserve Bank of N.Y., Roosa trained a group known as the "Roosa Bloc", his chief protege being Paul Volcker, who, as chairman of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, unleashed a ruinous recession in the U.S. with 20% interest rates and 25% inflation. 

Of course the banks profited handsomely while driving millions of Americans into bankruptcy. The New York Times reported that David Rockefeller and Roosa "suggested" to Carter that he appoint Volcker as chairman of the Federal Reserve Board. Roosa is a partner of Brown Bros. Harriman, director of Texaco, American Express, Owen Corning Fiberglass, director National Bureau of Economic Research, trustee Sloan Kettering Institute, and chairman of Brookings Institution."

As I look at this matter I see many things involved daily that change the playing field. The fact that I based this issue, a $5 million contribution for POLICE SOFTWARE by David on an action of great importance to national security and worked the situation through as a private component of our country and our government. Police Software is a political force that is without a party card, but rather a strong loyalty to the country and the constitution, although our family has been for centuries Republican. I on the other hand initialize the efforts and preference of Police Software towards the responsibility and correctness for law and fact of a political issue. I also look keenly at the potential for seditious charge or damage to our country, to the US, our allies or the Planet. When the White House began to stray so badly from the Constitution in it's efforts, it became apparent the best solution would be to change the majority in the House of Representatives to Republican. When that had little effect POLICE SOFTWARE by David began the effort to change the Senate as well. That change took shape in 2014. That is not to say the RNC did not feel the same way, I am sure they did. It became so obvious the world was aware. I am saying the RNC had lost respect from the world because of the fraud and crimes of the George W Bush administration and the Iraq war, the false pretense of the matter and the $5 a gallon gas price tag in the US and the Lehman Brothers collapse that took place when so many pensions, jobs and homes were lost here in America, the RNC had become un trust worthy. POLICE SOFTWARE by David restored that trust in the RNC. As the publisher of the printed intellectual property and the public forum, POLICE SOFTWARE by David, I made the work at the outset very important and the value extremely high. I considered this matter at that conjuncture to be an effort to safely bring the US congress back to it's intended purpose, to protect the country from abuse by an untried political administration with revolutionary ideas, where the White House at the time had become occupied by the first black president of the United States of America, he was a Democrat and both houses of the congress were also Democrat,  brought about easily by the abject loss of respect for the Republican Party because of the financial collapse of the economy of the entire planet brought about by the miss use of the Republican Party by the George W Bush political machine, and The New World Order. The President went meanly about to challenge as many of the wrongs the black people had suffered, from the early days of the formation of our country till his election that he could, he became unconstitutional about it. The rest of the American  people are still working to right those same types of wrongs in the world they have suffered and it is not easy. Actually it can not be done like the black president went about to accomplish. It is a task that does not end, rather our political system is a structure that was formed to give man's growth and maturity credible form and sensible regard. With the House and Senate as both Democrat his aggression became seditious and destructive the right to assembly was not peaceable assembly but aggressive, destructive, angry assembly. The President and his Democratic House and Senate began to threaten our constitution and our laws so Police Software moved to correct this threat. 

That effort began early in his term. 

The Constitutional rights to freedom of thought and freedom of the press became so threatened by the White House that other countries also embarked on similar aggressions. 

The Criminal Justice Community felt abandoned because of the constant attacks from the White House towards justice. the fact that the time involved grew to become so substantial to correct this lack of legal protection from Congress and the White House that it forced me to set aside the work with the American Criminal Justice Community that we were involved with in lowering police deaths each year.  Because of the financial and time issue that took place I had to discontinue Police Software's effort considerably with law and order to make the election work for a safer US. It cost some officers there lives.

With this Presidential Election again taking up so much of my time I would rather not loose more officers again this year. I would encourage the RNC to deliver to me the $5 Million I requested to take the threat from the Republican Party and the American People and restore that party to a position of respect. If you would like I will give you a price to again restore the party to logical respect now and you and the people in America will not feel so cheated by the present state of politics.
