Possible Death Rage, And The End Of The Month

Something that happens when there are very few on duty deaths is, the "Death Force" seems to plan and organize a series of new deaths that come along in a methodical way. Often with deadly political ramifications. Or a mean attempt to threaten the constitution, and a corrupt political structure will fit right in. This happened in February when we lost only 3 on duty law officers in January. The next month, February we have lost so far, and it is today only the 21st, 8 law officers and that is something I will have to explain in detail in a couple of days. The reason is the first death happened on the 5th of February, 1 death. On the 10th four officers were killed, on the 11th two more were killed and on the 20th the last one so far this month was killed. That is a spectacular rate of death in any figuring, four in one day and then two the next. But that is only the tip of the iceberg on February 13, 2016 Supreme Court Justice Scalia died in my opinion of questionable circumstances. In that space of time from the 5th to the 20th I was also poisoned and bled badly for 2 days, Comcast seems to be implying they helped, and their was a strong level of ghost witchcraft involved that would make me believe that is true. I am just getting back to figuring and being able to leave the immediate proximity of a bathroom for bleeding and amargency purposes. I am still trying to configure this whole matter and I will then put it in an article. This is a "Death Rage" that would have taken some planning, and a month where under 5 officers were killed would have been a good time for that. Although realistically I think this "Death Force" is better than that, I have seen that force so devistating you almost wish you could communicate with every officer in America and get them to get cautious. Fewer of us would die and we would get a much better look at this crime against the US health and safety. I think also many of these deaths are planned months or years ahead of the actual time lof death. I don't have the money to do the national contact though without some help from the people of this planet. 

It is also near the end of the month again and a great time for the death force to cary out that "Death Rage." By the end of the month many people will have become low on cash and are more inclined towards an over stressed situation, and towards crime. More police officers are killed when there is more crime and more desperate situations. Domestic violence is one of the "Death Force's" favorite incidents. It is one of the easiest crimes or times to create and perpetuate a death rage and kill a police officer, or carry out a hate crime

 Again this is sent to you by David Brown, the publisher of "POLICE SOFTWARE by David". Our publication is geared to reduce the number of police deaths in America each year. We have had great success in this endeavor. And are now working on some ideas to reduce vehicle accidents on the highways during high speed pursuits.

He seems to encourage his people to follow a path that resembles more of a revolutionary course or channel than a legal civil rights objective and it emboldens many of the African American people to acts against the American Criminal Justice Community here in the United States. Good day,

I want to discuss the matter of payment for assistance from Police Software in giving the Republican Party a full majority in both houses of the US Congress at the last mid term election.

I am very busy, we are working just now at a more honest look concerning the Clinton position in the 2016 Primary, with the American voter and getting the law officers in the US causality list for on duty deaths down below 100 deaths this year. It takes a lot of time and energy. So l will be brief. 

During the mid term election of 2014 the Republican Voters, and the undecided and disillusioned Democratic Party voters that with held their vote from the Barack Obama agenda in that election was due to the work we did to contain a large part of the revolutionary threat in this country at the time. It was in part because that revolution contained such a threat to these voters lives and their world. We were able to, because of this work, give both houses of the United States Congress to the Republican Majority, it created a situation that most of the people in this country were very pleased to see. It was so important to the safety of the people and to the law officers in America, as well as to the basic health and safety of the world, that it carried an enthusiasm towards the Republican Party. I had worked on this effort for over 5 years before this accomplishment. I will include a portion of a page from an article I did in March, 2015 about that time.

"I have noticed the comparison in my work with the Washington DC
Corruption Investigations we are doing now. The crime groups and many
of the DC corruption element and activists that align them selves with the
killing of law officers in the US, as well as encourage riots, mass shootings 

and officer related shootings, school shootings, and other terrorist type 

shootings and killings, that become a component of that "Death Force" that 

is metaphysical or witchcraft-Voodoo related at work in these matters. They 

correlate or network in an often unspoken alliance with the political killings 

for purposes of election fraud, Anarchy in the world, or threat of world war. This powerful 

DC corruption also connects with many other levels of Iinternational crime structures  

and their activity around the world. A healthy law community is an important part 

of a healthy planet and human group. I have worked with Justice for 6 years and

Nuclear Intelligence for 36 years, your health and safety is relative to our health and safety.

Police deaths are on the rise. They should not be, although because of the
urgency of the nuclear threat POLICE SOFTWARE'S presence is not as loud
in Justice as it previously has been, it takes a full time evaluation to keep the
numbers down or we will continue to lose people in Justice at an unrealistic
rate. For example we have lost 12 officers this month, one third to heart attacks.
This can be stopped by the police community. Heart attackes are the highest
single killer of this year at 9 deaths, perhaps 10. Stopping them needs to be a
nation wide effort with doctor involvement and testing. Often these
older officers expertise is irreplaceable and moving them around in the department 

to a less stressful position can be wise. For their grand Children as well as
the department. This message should be sent to every department in the Justice Community, it will save lives now.

I am saying this publication has been doing a lot of good and saving a lot
of lives. We are not on the streets for the accidents or gun fights
but we are there with the chiefs and sheriffs and as many of you as we
are able to be, with safety, logic, good sense, and intelligence.
It has been a publication that is making a huge difference. And we can all
do better. We are all becoming more aware and perceptive. Most of the
Police Departments, Sheriffs Offices and other people we work with
have had very few on duty deaths in their groups, the record shows
well.

Last fall I had a significant amount of work to do with the election
and the consideration of the Armed Revolution in America. To stay that
revolution took a lot of time. If I would have had better funding I could
have spent more time with both Police Software and convincing the
Democratic Party voters to help reconsider that violent revolution.  As it
was I had to do the revolution. We were able to bring in a strong
Republican majority to congress though and the revolution, after the
election, began to take a back seat in America. 

Ferguson was a violent stand to re establish that revolutionary posture 

and an attempt to call the revolution, "the White House stand for Civil Rights"

and not revolution at all. An attempt to cover up a terrible level of crime and 

corruption, and the unlawful acts of Arab Spring.

We lost about fifty law officers during that last four months of 2014
because we were not able to publish what we would have had to through
Police Software to bring the matter into perspective and work
constantly at keeping that "Death Rage" under scrutiny. That takes
more money and more people, we need to do both. We had also had some 

equipment breakage which made things difficult. 

When I sent the request to the RNC for $5M it was for the work before 

the election that changed the out come of that election. It would in the future be 

to save lives that had been jeopardized when we had to withdraw in our work from PSbD.

That work was done to help America. Bringing the Republican congressional 

structure into the powerful position we did would not have been possible with the RNC

effort alone. With George W Bush out of the White House about 5.5 years earlier 

the whole planet had become subjected to a major recession because of George's Wars 

while in the White House, and the Lehman Brothers collapse, the RNC was not a favorite in 

the World at the time, nor were the Democrats, so I put POLICE SOFTWARE'S name on the 

line and America responded positively. They voted in a Republican congress, they restored the 

Republican respect despite George W.Bush. 

To prevent this same type of unnecessary interruption from happening again to

POLICE SOFTWARE by David, and leaving the law officers we work so hard to help

without that benefit of a clearer picture and better perspective, I set a price before the 

election with the RNC for our assistance. If we need to do this again to help our country 

I will get with you sooner. I do not think though that excuses the RNC from responsibility 

here to pay the sum we requested of $5 million. If you do not contact me about the matter as 

payed in full by the time of the Super BowI I will inform the voters and the American People of 

this indiscretion and I will withdraw my support from the RNC leadership. The Republican Party 

voters will have to make a decision weather or not they want to continue to allow Bush and the RNC leadership the option of cheating people like my self who do make an election a more fair and honest

situation.  I am sure republicans will see again the Republican Party and RNC leadership as they did before the 2014 election. As it was when the Bush Family was in the White House and sent the whole planet into sever recession or when Nixon was the President, and Nelson Rockefeller ran the Republican Political Machine. The Bush political factions work closely with that same witchcraft factor that Nixon and LBJ did when The New World Order brutalized China during the Communist Revolution. Now that same crime is working in Africa

It was not to long ago, in the 1900s that the New World Order was a Republican powerhouse. The series I am going to do will be a legal description of a criminal enterprise using an old, important political party in America as a tool to subtly put this country into the hands of a group of robber Barons and industrialists that had developed an ideological concept to establish a vehicle that would assure them and their organization a lasting place in the leader ship of the world. They intended to use the United States as a part of that endeavor.

There have been many things written about the New World Order, much of it parts of an effort to create an opaque picture. The actual picture is very poor, and was not accurate it was always being modified or altered, so the original was hidden because of the lack of perspective the original artists possessed at the time. The original intent was done by those that had no idea what technology would actually be or look like, they did not know the massive power or ability that was being born on this planet. Not nuclear power or computer power or the power that was the intelligence that had taught the human race and given them life, given them form and aspiration. So the first draft of the New World Order was poor, and lacked full support from God and man.

I am going to add to that genetic code or understanding for man and woman, and Mother Nature as well. I want to say that one of the most important laws that we have been given is the law that clearly declares " how we handle our mistakes is one of the most important factors concerning the person or people we are or we become." 

I want to begin with the Republican Party in the United States of America in the early and middle 1960s. The reason I wish to begin with the republicans and their party is because I have a dispute with them just now about some work that needs to be done for the health and safety of our country and the planet and solar system we are a part of. 

That work has already begun. It began when the republican and democratic congress let the importance of Congress, as a body to protect the people of America from a criminal dictatorial leadership or conspiracy, stand by when a Constitutionally questionable leadership emerged. The Republican Party did not protect them selves or the people by maintaining an ability to object to such a conspiracy with either a Republican majority in the Senate or the House. 

Because of that situation the publication "POLICE SOFTWARE by David" was forced to spend years to reestablish the Republican House majority first, and then the Republican Senate Majority in the US Congress, with the American People, to bring the country back into something besides an unlawful revolutionary effort.  

This has taken 7 years to do so far and was very costly, not just fnancially but also in human life. 

Because of this effort and the need to create a fund for the work I publish and the efforts we are involved with to continue as a component of Nuclear Intelligence and Criminal Justice on our planet, in the US, to Involve our publication which is an effort to also bring the number of police deaths down in this country each year, and not let it be compromised by this type of necessity, I have  sent the RNC an option. For $5 million I would replace them and their people in a sound position to again protect the country from the unpleasant presence of a dangerous revolutionary predicament at the mid-term national election. I asked for a response and because of the time factor I was unable to wait long for that response, so we worked the matter through without the response as it was impractical to wait longer. Unless it was the intent of the RNC to actually deprive the people of this country those protections a congress is intended to preserve, I do hope that is not the case, at least not with a majority of the RNC. It could have been simply a matter of inexperience on the part of the RNC leadership which seems to continue today. 

With an election for the RNC Chairmanship underway now this may be a logical concern. It is of great importance that the Republican Party consider this. May the best candidates of the republican group come forward now to this challenge. 

If a worthy candidate, that would heed my request and make the matter payed in full, that debt which has  been discussed, it would do a great deal to unite the party and bring it back to strength. To further protect the RNC duties and necessities to in the future keep our country protected with a constant Republican Majority presence in at least one house of congress, to protect this country and its constitution. 

Then if the matter is right I will give that person my support and we will begin to restore the respect for the Republican Party and much of the safety in this country. Until then I am in communication with the RNC and the voters that did so much to work through this terrible dangerous threat to the country that we might bring the US back into a better respect and safe position for us all. I can only say that when George W Bush was in the White House for 8 years previous and lied about the weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, he took the world into such a dangerous recession, while gas sold at $5 a gallon, and Lehman Brothers collapsed causing US voters to lose complete respect for the Republican Party. Due in part to the Bush Family, Jeb Bush, a high profile advisor at Lehman Brothers who cost Florida pension groups vast sums, George Herbert Walker lV, Bush's cousin, who was Lehman Brothers investment Management Director as it collapsed, and also John Kasich an Ohio real estate Magnet and presidential candidate, who spent 8 years at  Lehman Brothers during its most contentious period. He was awarded a $400 000 bonus as it collapsed, while costing Ohio pensions considerably. You can imagine the properties they manipulated for their own purposes, and the profits made. These are not people the Republican Party should have in its leadership. These actions had made it impossible for the Republican Party  to regain the support necessary from the American voter to reclaim a position of respect, they were the actions of people praying on the world as predators within the Republican Party and had cost the world it's solvency, they lost their ability to govern responsibly. 

POLICE SOFTWARE by David put their name on the line and were able to restore the RNC much of that respect, and support. So I will repeat again I wish the RNC to immediately send the $5 million I asked for to replace the RNC and the Republican Party to the position of congressional majority that the RNC might not remain as derelict in their responsibilities to the American people and for their safety.

We are in fact in a serious " Death Rage" I think it was almost two deaths at a time. The average is one a day this week and climbing fast. I would appreciate a little financial help to get this out there to hundreds of thousands of officers and it would be stopped now.                                 A Serious Financial Anomaly

The following article is very important to the health and well being of a lot of law officers  in the US today 

It needs to be published in a lot more places, and a lot more times over the next 30 days than Police Software has the resources to do. We can only ask for your help. Help or financial assistance to enlarge our ability to reach that kind of a group, as often as needed for everyone to realize the situation that could develop. If every officer that read this sent $20 and sent this ALERT along at least five times this week or Retweeted it, we could broaden the number of officers and friends of officers that we reach in an important way and save more lives. If the officers in the US go about this week and the next also in a cautious enough way we will not only save police lives but other people's lives as well. 

I ask you to think about it. A life saved can be so important. We could do a lot of good this year.

We lost about fifty law officers during that last four months of 2014, and more the first of 2015 because we were not able to publish what we would have had to through Police Software to bring the matter into perspective while working to keep that "Death Rage" under scrutiny. 

That takes more money, more people, and better equipment. We had at that time some serious equipment break downs, vehicle as well as computer. The "Death Force" is in part good at causing accidents, and breaking equipment. Nelson Rockefeller, as a ghost is one of the witches that are good at causing accidents, His family are early Members of the New World Order, he went to Harvard and would have studied physics. I also had work with nuclear intelligence to do during the elections and my small SS check would not cover all of it. A lot more police officers died than should have, or 

would have if we would have had some financial help from the interested parties and groups in the country. I want to say right now Police Software has never received any financial help or vehicles or computer contributions from any one other than from my immediate family and my self. Now I have to say it is not something that you are required to do, to help finance this work but I will guarantee you, we will be Loosing a lot more lives than we would have, had you all helped out some.

I am going to say again after proving this publication is what I knew it would be, I have to make some decisions. I have to up grade this system and expand it. I also will have a lot of work for the rest of
this year to keep the Republican Party honest while the corruption investigations work. Since we went to bat for Congress, like we did. We are going to show a presence at the Super Bowl and do some things the RNC has not not been doing that it should have.

Possible Death Rage, And The End Of The Month

Federal agent Scott McGuire of Home Land Security, succumbed to injuries from a traffic incident that happened last week in Miami Florida when a driver under the influence jumped a curb and hit two agents. I want to say this death could be the first in a "Death Rage" or series of deaths. Something that happens when there are very few on duty deaths is, the "Death Force" seems to plan and organize a series of new deaths that come along in a methodical way. Often with deadly political ramifications. Or a mean attempt to threaten the constitution, and a corrupt political structure will fit right in. 

It is also the end of the month and a great time for the death force to cary out that "Death Rage." By the end of the month many people will have become low on cash and are more inclined towards a more stressed time, and towards crime. More police officers are killed when there is more crime and more desperate situations. Domestic violence is one of the "Death Force's" favorite incidents. It is one of the easiest crimes or times to create and perpetuate a death rage and kill a police officer.

 We need to get this ALERT out to as many officers as possible and save some lives
